Welcome to our suite of Action Learning Sets — live, cohort-based learning journeys that bring together practitioners, educators, cultural workers, and activists navigating ethical complexity and collective care. Each course is designed to be held gently but with depth — combining 5-week or 4-week live sessions, 90-minute weekly Zoom calls, and ongoing access to our LMS portal, materials, and community threads.
Each Action Learning Set is priced at:
£145 – £195 per person
This includes:
Sliding scale / scholarship options may be available for future offerings. Please check individual course pages for details.
For those navigating burnout and disillusionment in the humanitarian and advocacy world.
For practitioners and educators engaging trauma beyond the medical model.
For those navigating voicelessness, silencing, or institutional betrayal.
For activists and cultural workers struggling to stay grounded amid systemic despair.
For those feeling the ache of ethical misalignment in professional or institutional life.
For researchers and thinkers reimagining the ethics of knowledge, voice, and power.
Once you register, you’ll receive a short orientation guide. There’s no pressure to prepare anything beforehand — just bring yourself, however you are. You’ll have gentle prompts, access to the LMS, and a chance to settle in at your own pace.
Each course invites a slightly different audience, but many of our participants are:
