Each course is designed to be held gently but with depth — combining 5-week or 4-week live sessions, 90-minute weekly Zoom calls, and ongoing access to our LMS portal, materials, and community threads.

Once you register, you’ll receive a short orientation guide. There’s no pressure to prepare anything beforehand — just bring yourself, however you are. You’ll have gentle prompts, access to the LMS, and a chance to settle in at your own pace.
