Privacy Policy

We are GDPR-compliant and take your privacy seriously. We only collect data that is necessary to:

  • Deliver workshops, courses, or sessions you’ve registered for
  • Communicate updates about your chosen offerings or general newsletters (if you opt in)
  • Process payments and manage course access via our LMS
  • Improve our services through anonymised feedback or user experience analytics

We never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
You can unsubscribe from communications at any time, request access to your data, or ask for it to be deleted.

Platforms & Tools:
We use secure, GDPR-compliant systems including:

  • MailerLite for newsletters (with double opt-in)
  • Stripe for payments
  • MoodleCloud (or equivalent LMS) for course access
  • Calendly and encrypted Zoom links for sessions

  1. Our Offerings
    All materials, courses, and sessions offered by Third Space Practice are for educational and reflective purposes only. They do not constitute therapy, even if they draw on psychological insight.
  2. Copyright & Use of Materials
    All written content, videos, course materials, and downloadable resources remain the intellectual property of Third Space Practice (unless otherwise credited).
    You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials outside the cohort setting without explicit permission.
  3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • Individual sessions: Cancellations with 48 hours’ notice can be rescheduled.
  • Courses & workshops: Refunds are available up to 7 days before the course start date. After that, we cannot guarantee a refund unless under exceptional circumstances.
  • For funded or group contracts, cancellation terms will be outlined in the service agreement.

    We aim to hold space with care, integrity, and dignity. We ask all participants to:
  • Respect diverse identities and experiences
  • Avoid oppressive or exclusionary language
  • Honour confidentiality where requested
    We reserve the right to remove participants from any group space if conduct violates these principles.
