This course holds space for activists, organisers, and cultural workers who are navigating exhaustion, despair, or disorientation in the face of systemic injustice. We explore how to root ourselves in meaning and micro-repair, while staying present to the world’s demands without being consumed by them.

5-Week Course Outline

Building safety and orientation. Rooting ourselves in the purpose and pulse of our work.

Exploring what burnout signals. Differentiating individual limits from systemic failures.

How do we stay in integrity when systems disappoint? Holding onto coherence and purpose.

Naming practices that restore, nourish, and reconnect us to ourselves and others.

Carrying forward what sustains. Mutual care, community practice, and choosing aliveness.
